Enrollment is confirmed once the required deposit or tuition payment has been received. Class availability is limited and seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued by A Humble Finish Training Academy.  Discounts and promotional offers may not be combined. 

 At A Humble Finish Training Academy, instructor time, training materials, and vehicle space are reserved specifically for each scheduled class. If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, please notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests received at least 24 hours before class may be moved to another available date, subject to program availability.
• Cancellations, reschedule requests, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the scheduled training hours being deducted from the student’s program balance.
• There are no refunds for missed training sessions.
• We understand emergencies can happen; exceptions, if any, are considered at AHF’s discretion.

This policy helps us properly allocate instructor time, training vehicles, shop space, and materials for every student. Thank you for respecting the time reserved for your training. 

Students must be at least 15 years of age to participate. Students under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required consent and liability forms prior to participation.

Safety is a top priority. Students must follow all shop rules, safety procedures, and instructor directions at all times. Closed-toe shoes are required. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the training facility without refund.

Our programs are designed to provide hands-on instruction, technical knowledge, and industry best practices in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Tint, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coatings, and related automotive restyling services. Completion of a training program does not guarantee employment, business success, certification, or a specific income level.

Certificates of Completion are awarded to students who successfully demonstrate the required skills, techniques, and competencies outlined in their selected program. A certificate reflects successful completion of training requirements.

Full payment or approved payment arrangements must be completed before training begins. Financing options may be available through approved third-party providers. Students are responsible for all financing agreements entered into with third-party lenders.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled class date may receive a credit toward a future class within 6 months. 

If A Humble Finish Training Academy cancels or reschedules a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose to:

• Transfer to a future class date

Students may request to reschedule training with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Requests are subject to availability. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled training session.

Some training programs utilize volunteer vehicles for educational purposes. While instructors supervise all work performed, vehicle owners acknowledge that training environments involve students developing their skills. All volunteer vehicle owners must sign a separate release and authorization agreement prior to vehicle acceptance.

A Humble Finish Training Academy may photograph or record training activities for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes. By participating in training, students grant permission for the use of photographs and video footage unless a written opt-out request is submitted before training begins.

Students are expected to maintain a professional learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, theft, property damage, intoxication, or illegal activity will result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

Students may use academy-provided tools, equipment, software, and materials during training. Equipment must be used as instructed. Students may be financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct.

Training materials, curriculum content, videos, worksheets, presentations, operating procedures, and instructional resources provided by A Humble Finish Training Academy remain the intellectual property of the academy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

A Humble Finish Training Academy may provide industry contacts, employment leads, and business guidance; however, the academy does not guarantee employment, internships, apprenticeships, or business opportunities.

By participating in training, students acknowledge the inherent risks associated with automotive restyling activities and agree to release and hold harmless A Humble Finish Training Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

A Humble Finish Training Academy respects your privacy. Personal information collected through enrollment forms, website submissions, and communications is used solely for educational, administrative, and customer service purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to process payments and enrollment services.
